- Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans, conducting within state, and federal regulations, as well as following Company Policies and Procedures.
- Deliver evidence- based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflict trauma, cbt, and more.
- Encouraging a strong therapeutic engagement with clients, using various modalities, cognitive- behavioral, solution- focused and family tailored treatment plans to meet the individual needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, daily notes, strict confidentiality and compliance, conducted within state, and federal regulations, as well as following Company Policies and Procedures.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with teams including, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
Skills Required:
- LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- Licensure in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 1-5.
- Solid knowledge and experience in evidence- based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills creating individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, convey complex concepts with treatment.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and empathy to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients and families.
